For U.S. Orders:

Hellstar Hoodie allows most merchandise returns for U.S. customers within 4 days of delivery. After this period, refunds or exchanges are not available.

• Restocking Fee: A $15 restocking fee applies and will be deducted from your refund.
• Return Conditions: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and have tags attached.

To initiate a return, contact us at sales@hellstar-hoodies.com. Our support team will review your request and, if approved, send you a return label. Always include the reason for your return and your order number in your email.

• Return Process: Drop off your return at a local post office. Returns are sent to our Virginia warehouse. Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery and 2-3 business days for processing. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear on your original payment method.

International Returns: International returns are accepted, but all fees are the customer’s responsibility. Contact  sales@hellstar-hoodies.com for an unpaid return label if approved.

Exchanges (U.S. Only):Exchanges are available for size changes of the original item. No return shipping or restocking fees apply. To exchange, contact sales@hellstar-hoodies.com New styles require a new purchase.

International Exchanges: Exchanges are not offered for international orders.

Refunds:Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few days. Allow 2-7 business days for the funds to appear.

Missing Items: Check the package thoroughly for missing items. If items are shipped separately, you will have different tracking numbers. If something is missing, email photos of the shipping label and box, along with your order number, to  sales@hellstar-hoodies.com  within 14 days.

Lost Packages:

We are not liable for misplaced or stolen packages. If your tracking indicates delivery to the provided address, we cannot issue refunds. Contact us at sales@hellstar-hoodies.com  for assistance.

Order Cancellation/Amendment:

Orders placed on weekdays are processed quickly, and changes or cancellations are not possible after placement. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be canceled within 24 hours by contacting us.
