Shipping Information
Fast Domestic Shipping
Shipments within the U.S. are fulfilled from our warehouses across the country. Once your order is verified, it may take up to 72 hours to process and ship during business days (Monday – Friday). We aim to dispatch your order within 1-5 business days, though this may take longer during peak seasons such as year-end or sales events. After dispatch, delivery within the United States typically takes 5-15 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays or limited edition launches.
For all domestic orders, we offer standard shipping (5-15 business days) using top carriers like DHL, USPS, and UPS. You will be informed of the expected delivery date during checkout. Shipments are processed only on U.S. business days. Additionally, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your shipment is handed over to the shipping provider (typically within 1-3 business days).
International Shipping
For customers outside the United States, we offer UPS International Shipping, with costs calculated in real-time at checkout. We ship via UPS, and depending on your country, import/customs fees may apply. Hellstar is not responsible for any delays or extra fees due to customs, natural occurrences, or transportation strikes.

Customs Information
All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for any customs fees, hold times, or incorrect shipping information provided. Allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing to receive your tracking number. If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately, and you will receive individual tracking codes.
Lost Packages:We are not liable for misplaced or stolen packages. If your tracking number indicates successful shipment and the address provided matches the shipping address, we are not responsible for misplaced packages. Stolen or lost packages are nonrefundable.
